No refund will be processed unless the agreed service is not provided. Once service has commenced or been completed, the client will not be eligible for a refund. In cases where WORLD ADMISSION fails to deliver, clients may be entitled to a full or partial refund subject to management review.
If a client discontinues service, WORLD ADMISSION reserves the right to charge a service fee of $60 USD/hour from initial communication plus an administration fee of $150 USD. Each session is rounded up to the nearest hour; 2.5 hours added per submitted application.
Once the Representative Authorization is signed, the student may not submit applications through any other party without WORLD ADMISSION's written consent. Duplicate applications are prohibited and may result in immediate agreement termination.
The student may only terminate the Agreement by providing 45 days' written notice to WORLD ADMISSION. Early termination without notice may result in service charges per Policy 002.
WORLD ADMISSION bears no responsibility for final application outcomes. The final decision rests solely with educational institutions; no guarantees can be made regarding admissions, visa approvals, or related outcomes.
By signing the Representative Authorization, the student authorizes WORLD ADMISSION to copy their signature for completing and submitting applications on their behalf.
A service fee of $90 USD will be charged for each intake change or deferral to cover administrative and amendment processing costs.
A refundable security deposit of $400–$800 USD may apply based on service tier: Tier 1 ($400–500): no prior services; Tier 2 ($500–700): 2–5 consultation hours; Tier 3 ($700–800): ongoing services or submitted application. Fully refundable upon successful enrollment.
Clients who stopped service without written notice and wish to resume will be subject to Policy 002 charges plus a security deposit per Policy 008 at WORLD ADMISSION's discretion.
